Each camp begins... with registration on the first morning at 8:30 AM, with the opening session following at 9:30 AM.
Each camp culminates... with a Final Concert on Friday at 7:00 PM (open to the public).
Accommodations at each camp are available at nearby motels. At the Iowa camp, air-conditioned dorm rooms (individual bedrooms, in suites of 2-4 rooms) are available for the very reasonable cost of $12 per night.
The camp coordinator will try to assist those wishing to reduce costs, by coordinating shared accommodations or home-stays/billeting. It is not always possible, but every effort will be made.
Meals are available at nearby restaurants.
